Pharmacoder 3 is a Windows program which produces the Pharmacode (or Laetus) bar codes used in pharmaceutical packaging. Pharmacoder can generate multi-color bar codes as EPS files for use in any design software. Pharmacoder produces regular and mini single-track pharmacodes and follows the official specification for the bar widths and spacing for each type. Magnification and bar height are independently adjustable. Pharmacodes can be saved with or without a white background. The optional Text feature shows the data as text below the barcode - this is not a requirement of the specification but can be useful to provide visual confirmation of the data.
