Shipping Options
All labels are printed and shipped from the UK. We aim to ship orders received before 1pm U.K. time on the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following day.
In the UK, you have the choice of Special Delivery - next day by 1pm or 1st class signed for, which is a 1-2 day service. In Europe and the rest of the world, we use tracked and signed for services for all consignments. There are 3 price bands - Europe, Zone 1 and Zone 2. Europe consists of Albania, Denmark, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Andorra, Estonia, Latvia, San Marino, Armenia, Faroe Islands, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Austria, Finland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Azerbaijan, France, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Azores, Georgia, Macedonia, Spain, Balearic Islands, Germany, Madeira, Sweden, Belarus, Gibraltar, Malta , Switzerland, Belgium, Greece , Moldova, Tajikistan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Greenland, Monaco, Turkey, Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro, Turkmenistan, Canary Islands, Iceland, Netherlands, Ukraine, Corsica, Irish Republic, Norway, Uzbekistan, Croatia, Italy, Poland, Vatican City State, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Czech Republic, Kosovo, Romania Zone 1 consists of all countries not in the UK, Europe or Zone 2 Zone 2 consists of Australia, Belau, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Island (Indian Ocean), Christmas Island (Pacific Ocean), Cocos Islands, Cook Island, Coral Sea Island, Fiji, French Polynesia, French South Antarctic Territory, Keeling, Kiribati, Macao, Nauru Island, New Caledonia, New Zealand, New Zealand Antarctic Territory, Niue Island, Norfolk Island, Norwegian Antarctic Territory, Papua New Guinea, People's Democratic Republic of Laos, Pitcairn Island, Republic of Singapore, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tokelau Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, US Samoa, Western Samoa |

We cannot send to PO boxes or any delivery point where no-one is available to sign for the item. We rely on postal services around the world so we cannot offer a guaranteed delivery time and we can't compensate for delays or missing tracking information. If you are outside of the UK but inside the EU, we will not charge VAT so long as you supply the VAT registration number for your organisation. If you do not have a VAT number we will have to charge VAT at 20%. In such cases, we will inform you of the payment required and your order will be delayed until such payment is made. Where appropriate we will ship with the required customs documentation, but we are not responsible for import charges (which you must pay) or any delay in customs clearance howsoever caused.
