Delivery
New software and online barcode orders will be sent automatically to the e-mail address that you provide within 20 minutes.
Upgrade orders are subjected to serial number checking and could take as long as 24 working hours to be sent.
Hardware orders are sent by courier or express mail, You will be notified by email when the item has been sent.
Orders by phone fax, or email will be despatched immediatley on receipt of payment. We will normally send software by e-mail, although we can supply on disc if requested.
