The Dimensions panel has all the controls for sizing the code.

Magnification factor
Most barcodes have a standard size which is referred to as 100% magnification. This can be adjusted within certain specified limits. Values can be adjusted using the up and down arrows, or a new value can be typed into the field.

Supply Recommended Height check box
If this box is checked, the height of the bar code will scale with changes to the magnification.

Bar height
If Supply Recommended Height is not checked, you can independently change the bar height (the distance from the top to the bottom of the main bars excluding any human readable characters, etc.)

Units
You can choose the measurement system used in WBC4 - either millimetres and microns (one micron = 1/1000th mm) or inches and thousandths of an inch.

The pull-down menus in the Dimensions panel allow you to change the various ways of determining bar code size:

Narrow Bar and Wide/Narrow Ratio
Some bar code types have their size defined by the "narrow bar width" (the thickness of the thinnest single bar in the code) and the ratio of Wide to Narrow bars. As with magnification, certain limits are defined.

Overall height
As an alternative to defining the height by the bar height, you can change the height of the bar code by defining the distance from the top of the bar code to the bottom including any human readable characters, etc.
